city council is discussing the best way to proceed. they do have a few other things (like budgets) on their plate. the good news is that nothing changes while we wait. we expect to hear something in a few weeks. i would guess a work session some time in May or June, with a plan to go forward from there. i am confident that there will be more opportunity for public comment.

in the meantime, we need to stay on top of things and show the same sort of improvement that we did last summer.
