pain!

i can't put any weight on my right foot- probably the result of standing much of the weekend after a 5 mile hike..... anyway- if anyone knows a good podiatrist let me know- we'll probably be trails pic-less for a while (i suspect it's the plantar fascitis & heel spurs acting up) unless someone sends me something to post.....poor pups!
